INTERACTION WITH HOST
Guests will enjoy a seamless self check-in process with keyless entry, allowing for privacy and independence throughout their stay. While the host will not be physically present, we are always available via message or phone to assist with any questions or needs that may arise, ensuring a comfortable and worry-free experience.

Free on-site parking is provided for up to two vehicles with the parking passes available for you upon arrival. The central location makes it easy to drive to nearby attractions, restaurants, and golf courses.

We want your stay to be as comfortable and convenient as possible. Here are a few additional details:

• This condo is located in Tower 2, providing 16th-floor views for a peaceful and private stay.
• The unit is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest for your comfort and safety.
• We provide a starter supply of essentials like kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags to help you settle in.
• Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.
• Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options.
• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
• Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. Oversize vehicles would need to park in the oversized parking deck and it is a fee determined by the resort’s front desk.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
