YOUR CONDO Located on the 3rd floor of the Beach Cove Resort, this bright and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect setting for your next family beach getaway. It comfortably sleeps up to six guests. LIVING AREA: - Relaxing living space with a queen sleeper sofa for extra guests. - Private balcony with panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and resort pools. 40" Smart TV (log in to your own Netflix, Disney+, etc.). - A selection of board games and books for family entertainment. BEDROOM: - A peaceful sanctuary with two comfortable queen beds. - Additional Smart TV for private viewing. KITCHENETTE & DINING: - Fully equipped kitchenette with granite countertops. - Includes a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and both drip and K-pod coffee makers. - A charming drop-leaf dining table expands to seat four, offering meals with an ocean view. THE RESORT Guests will have full, private access to the entire condo unit. Our keyless entry system allows you to bypass the front desk and go straight to your unit upon arrival. Car & Parking The resort is just off Highway 17 with free on-site parking, making it easy to reach dining, shopping, and attractions. Walking The beach is steps away, and several restaurants, shops, and bars are within walking distance. Golf Carts & Bikes North Myrtle Beach is golf-cart friendly, with rentals available nearby. Biking around Ocean Drive and Barefoot Landing is popular. Rideshare Uber, Lyft, and local taxis operate throughout the area and are easy to use. Airport Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR) is about a 25-minute drive from the resort. INTERACTION WITH HOST We prioritize your privacy and a seamless vacation experience. Our team is available via the booking platform or phone if you need assistance, but we will not be present at the property during your stay. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE To ensure a smooth and wonderful stay, please review these important details: **Resort Facility Restrictions** Access to the on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center is reserved for resort owners and is NOT available to our guests. **Starter Supplies** We provide a starter kit of essentials (e.g., paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags). For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies. **Linens & Towels** Beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels are provided for use inside the condo only. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach. **Linen Exchange** Fresh linens can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee. **Beach Gear** We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach. **Safety** For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit. **Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver** We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay. **Parking Limitations** No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
