The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts elegant granite countertops and new appliances, including a blender and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Please keep the following important information in mind for your stay:

• Location: The condo is located in Tower C, providing more peaceful, elevated views away from the main pool noise.

• Linens & Towels: We provide all bed linens and a set of bath towels. Please bring your own beach and pool towels. A mid-stay linen exchange is available for a small fee.

• Starter Supplies: To get you started, we provide a starter kit of essentials like kitchen towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

• Beach Gear: Beach chairs and umbrellas are not provided but are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

• Extended Stays: This condo is perfect for both short getaways and extended vacations. Discounts may be available for weekly or monthly bookings.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $45 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

• Parking Limitations:

No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
