• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to get you settled. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional supplies.

• Laundry: Paid washer and dryer facilities are available for your use on the 'P' Level of the resort.

• Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly on the beach. Please see the on-duty lifeguards to arrange rentals.

• Mid-Stay Cleaning: Should you desire cleaning services during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please inquire for details.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
