This spacious, open-concept 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo is designed for comfort and relaxation, featuring inviting beach-themed decor and a clean, refreshing atmosphere. You'll find elevated ocean views throughout, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. The living area is bathed in natural light, offering comfortable seating and a 36” Smart TV for your entertainment. The fully equipped kitchen boasts brand new modern appliances, sleek granite countertops, a full stovetop, microwave, drip coffee maker, and toaster, along with all essential cookware. Enjoy meals at the 2-person dining table, perfectly positioned to capture stunning ocean views. The main bedroom provides a restful haven with two queen-sized beds, a Smart TV, and spacious closets. Additional sleeping arrangements are available in the living room with a queen-sized sofa sleeper and another Smart TV, ensuring robust entertainment options for everyone. A full bathroom completes your private living space. Step out onto your private balcony to savor direct oceanfront views overlooking the resort pools and the beautiful North Myrtle Beach coastline.

THE RESORT
As our guest, you will have full and exclusive access to the entire 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo. Beyond your private sanctuary, immerse yourself in the resort's extensive amenities, perfect for a memorable beach vacation. Enjoy three seasonally heated outdoor pools, including an outdoor kiddie pool, and float along the 350-foot lazy river. Relax in three outdoor hot tubs or the heated indoor pool and indoor hot tub. Benefit from direct beachfront access, allowing you to easily transition from your condo to the sand and waves. A poolside bar is available for refreshing drinks. For your convenience, on-site laundry facilities with washers and dryers are located on the P-Level. Complimentary Wi-Fi and cable are provided throughout your stay. You'll also appreciate easy and convenient keyless entry for hassle-free arrival and departure, along with secure parking for one vehicle in the resort’s lot (parking passes available upon arrival). Please Note: The on-site restaurant, arcade, and fitness center are exclusively for owners and are not accessible to guests. The front desk is not associated with your stay. Pool towels are not provided by the resort.

• Linens & Towels: Linens and towels are included with your stay. Swapping them out during your visit is available for a small fee.
• Beach Gear: Please note that beach umbrellas and chairs are not provided for guest use but can be seasonally rented from lifeguards on the beach.
• Resort Activities: Take advantage of seasonal events and live entertainment hosted at the resort, especially during the lively summer months.

Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
