• Fully Equipped Kitchen: Modern, white galley-style kitchen with a full stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, dinnerware, cookware, and utensils for easy meal preparation.
• Full Bathroom: Features a wooden vanity with a granite-style top and a standard tub/shower combination. Starter shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, fresh towels, and extra toilet paper are provided.
• Provided Linens: Linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Please note that while our indoor/outdoor pool is heated and features a weather barrier added after hurricane season (typically end of November), and hot tubs are available year-round, some resort amenities may have seasonal hours or maintenance closures, which we will communicate as best as possible before your stay.

Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
