It sits along the well-known stretch of the beach called the “Golden Mile,” an area famous for its concentration of oceanfront resorts, wide sandy beaches, and easy access to major attractions. Positioned on the north end of Myrtle Beach, the resort is slightly removed from the busiest downtown boardwalk area, giving guests a more relaxed feel while still being just minutes from the action.

Character & Atmosphere
The neighborhood around Caravelle Resort is distinctly resort-oriented and vacation-friendly. Most properties are oceanfront condos or resort units, designed for both short-term rentals and seasonal use. The atmosphere is vibrant, with plenty of visitors enjoying the beach and amenities, yet it tends to be calmer than the central tourist hub near the boardwalk.

Guests and residents benefit from the many on-site amenities at Caravelle Resort, including multiple pools, a lazy river, hot tubs, a fitness center, on-site dining, and direct beach access. Beyond the resort, the north end of Myrtle Beach offers easy access to shopping centers, golf courses, family attractions, and restaurants. Popular entertainment areas like Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are just a short drive away, making the location convenient for both relaxation and activities.

Real Estate & Residential Side
The Caravelle Resort also has a residential component, with many condo units available for purchase. These range from smaller one-bedroom units to larger multi-bedroom oceanfront condos. Many units have been updated with modern finishes, while others maintain more classic resort décor. This makes the community attractive for investors seeking rental income as well as for those looking for a vacation home with strong rental potential.
