Living & Sleeping Area: * Two comfortable, plush Queen-sized beds with blackout curtains * Cozy couch for relaxation * Smart TV for entertainment * High-speed Wi-Fi included throughout the condo Well-Equipped Kitchen & Dining: * Full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave * Keurig and drip coffee makers * Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware provided * Toaster for quick breakfasts * Dining nook with a large mirror reflecting the ocean view Rental Agreement & Damage Protection: To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.
