Self Check-In
Enjoy a seamless and contactless arrival with our easy self-check-in process using a keypad or lockbox. Detailed entry instructions will be provided prior to your arrival.

Elevators
The building is equipped with elevators for convenient access to the 12th-floor unit.

Amenities
Access to the pools and hot tub is subject to building rules, posted hours, weather conditions, and any scheduled maintenance.

Damage Waiver
A rental agreement is required. With your payment, you consent to a non-refundable $55 damage waiver fee, which is due within one hour of booking. This waiver covers up to $1,000 in accidental damages and eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Recreational Vehicles
Per Resort Policy no Motorcycles, Trailers, or RV's allowed on the premises.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
