Please take note of these important details for your stay:

• Accessibility: The unit is located on the 8th floor with convenient elevator access. While the condo is single-level, please note it is not fully ADA-accessible.
• Supplies: We provide a starter supply of paper products and toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, bar soap) to get you started. For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items.
• Beach Gear: For your comfort by the sea, please remember to bring your own beach towels and chairs.
• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
• Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
