• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of paper products (toilet paper, kitchen towels), toiletries (soap, shampoo), and kitchen essentials (dish soap, trash bags). For longer stays, you may need to purchase additional items.

• Rental Agreement: A Rental Agreement must be completed within one hour of booking. This includes a mandatory, non-refundable $55 damage protection fee, which covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and replaces a traditional security deposit.

• No trailers, motorcycles, golf carts, or oversized vehicles are permitted in the resort parking area per Tilghman beach and Racquet Resort HOA rules.

Note: We provide 2 cloth dish towels and do not provide paper towels.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
