• Resort Amenities: Please be aware that resort amenities, including the pools and hot tubs, are managed by the resort. Their availability is subject to posted hours, weather, and maintenance schedules. We are not responsible for amenity closures.

• Safety: The condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit for your safety.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

• Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property.
