THE CONDO
Step inside this bright, modern sanctuary filled with natural light and stylish coastal decor. The open living area immediately draws your eye to the stunning ocean and beach views visible through the sliding balcony doors.

• Living Area: Relax on the comfortable sofa or reading chair after a day at the beach. Unwind with your favorite shows and movies on the HDTV, complete with extensive streaming services.
• Kitchen: Your well-equipped kitchen features a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and toaster. It comes stocked with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. Enjoy your morning coffee with both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig. Please note there is no oven.
• Bedroom: Find true relaxation in two plush Queen beds, complemented by room-darkening shades to ensure a restful night's sleep.
• Bathroom: The beautifully renovated full bathroom features a tile shower and a double vanity. We provide a starter set of toiletries, a hair dryer, and an iron for your convenience.
• Private Balcony: This is your private spot to savor your morning coffee while watching breathtaking, unobstructed sunrise views over the Atlantic Ocean.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like linens, towels, toilet paper, and toiletries to help you settle in. For longer stays, you may wish to purchase additional supplies.
• Beach Gear: Beach umbrellas and chairs are not included with the condo but are available for seasonal rental directly from the lifeguards on the beach.

• Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
  We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.
