Located on the 11th floor of the Prince Resort, this bright and inviting 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo is the perfect setting for your next family beach getaway. It comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests.

Note: This is ocean view and the condo is located in Tower 2 which is across the street from the beach.

Rental Agreement & Damage Protection:
To help protect both our guests and property owners, we use the secure CHARGEautomation platform to complete the required rental agreement and damage protection process. Within 1 hour of booking, guests are asked to complete the agreement by paying the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Waiver Fee. This provides up to $1,000 in accidental damage, helping ensure a smoother and more worry-free stay for everyone.

Starter Supplies
We provide a starter kit of essentials (e.g., hand towels, toilet paper, trash bags). For longer stays, you will likely need to purchase additional supplies.

Linens & Towels
Beds are made with fresh linens. Bath towels are provided for use inside the condo only. Please bring your own towels for the pool and beach.

Linen Exchange
Fresh linens can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.

Beach Gear
We do not provide beach chairs or umbrellas. These items can be rented seasonally from the lifeguards on the beach.

Safety
For your peace of mind, the condo is equipped with smoke alarms and a first aid kit.

Parking Restrictions:
Please note that resort regulations prohibit motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, and similar recreational vehicles anywhere on the property. These rules are established and enforced by the resort, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us comply with their policies.

POTENTIAL OFFSEASON CONSTRUCTION NOTICE: During the offseason (after Labor Day through before Memorial Day), ALL the resorts throughout the Grand Strand may perform maintenance, renovations, or construction. Guests should expect the possibility of construction noise during daytime hours. Offseason rates are reduced accordingly and already reflect the potential for these activities.
